# 安全性

QUIC 保證安全性。該協定沒有明文版本，要建立一個 QUIC 連接，就必須通過 TLS 1.3 來安全地建立一個加密連接。 如上文所說，加密可以避免協定僵化，流量被攔截或被做其它處理。這讓 QUIC 具有了 Web 用戶所期望及需要的 HTTPS 安全特性。

QUIC 只在加密協定協商之前，有少數幾個以明文發送的初始握手封包。
